Where we work

In 2009, cbm NZ is supporting 32 projects in 19 countries around the world.  A significant portion of our work is vision related, though we work across a wide range of disabilities including physical, hearing, mental and intellectual.  cbm’s mandate has broadened to serve the needs of the whole person.  We often work with the person living with disabilities, their families and their communities.

Our current projects are in the following regions and countries:

Pacific and South East Asia (Fiji, Philippines, Thailand)

India and Asia (China, Northern India, Southern India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan)

Africa (DR Congo, Burundi, Ethiopia, Guines-Bissau, Rwanda, Tanzania, Togo, Zambia, Zimbabwe)

Central and South America (Haiti)
