The official launch of a Chinese-language World Report on Disability and WHO CBR guidelines in Beijing, China on 6th December 2011.


The way forward


On 6th December 2011, the launch of World Report on Disability and WHO CBR (Community Based Rehabilitation) guidelines in Chinese language are officially made in Beijing, China. China Rehabilitation Research Centre has been involved in the translation.

"The launch of both international documents will provide good evidence and references for China in making policies, research and work for persons with disabilities, and will further promote disability inclusive development and bring positive and profound impact on the realisation of the right of persons with disabilities" said Mr. Wang Xinxian, President of China Disabled Persons' Federation (CDPF).
