A codicil is a modification to an existing will; to change or add new things to the original document. To make a new gift to cbm New Zealand, simply complete the codicil form: • fill out your full legal name in the spaces provided • enter the details of your gift being as specific as you can • cross out the gift types that do not apply (initialed by you and your witnesses) • Sign and witness the codicil • *send notification of your gift to cbm. *Optional but we would love to know so we can thank you personally.
