Making your tax rebate achieve even more


All personal tax payers in NZ can now claim a rebate on all of their donations. By having this rebate paid to cbm you can increase your original donation by 33% and make even more of a difference in the lives of people with disabilities in the world’s poorest places. Simply download the form below, complete it and return to the IRD with your tax forms.

To complete the form you will need to add:
  1. In box 6, authorising the IRD to pay your entitlement direct to cbm by inserting our bank account number: 01-0154-0234678-00
  2. In box 7, insert the cbm IRD number: 58-835-331
