Meet the team

	Darren Ward is our National Director, as well as manages cbm's marketing initiatives. Prior to joining cbm, he held a range of senior management roles in banking, marketing and service organisations in New Zealand. Darren was born in Wellington and grew up in Tauranga.
	Jennifer Kelly is our Donor Relations Manager. Originally from northern England, she has had a long career with local government in Auckland in various management positions. Since joining cbm in 2007, she has taken on managment of fundraising, donor engagement and volunteer activities.
	Jean-Pierre Karabadogomba is our Business Manager. Originally from Burundi, he came to New Zealand with 27 years of experience in rural development projects in Africa. Previous to working for cbm, he worked at Auckland City Mission for eight years. He holds a Bachelor in Business in Accounting and Management and an MBus from AUT University.
	Robert Choy is our International Programmes Manager. Previous to joining cbm in 2007, he worked for both mainstream and disability-focused NGOs in New Zealand and Cambodia for over fifteen years. A chartered accountant by training, he also holds a postgraduate diploma in Development Studies from Massey University. Robert is originally from Auckland.
